What is IN FLUX?
In Flux is an online exhibition curated to unpack the word, Flux. Flux is the theme and what I chose to explore. Since some of us might not know what flux means, the word represents flow or constant change. Through this exhibition, I hope that the viewer would have a deeper understanding of the artworks -perhaps a new perspective- and how they fit the theme. Furthermore, the art world is ever-changing, and I wish to show how visual art has changed over the years with a few examples of artworks here. Viewers may also notice that all the artists featured are females. In addition to a greater understanding of the artworks based on the theme, I hope to bring awareness to the often hidden figures behind visual art - women.
